Lydia Houston, LMT

Owner and Massage Therapist

Lydia Houston became a massage therapist because of her interest in health and wellness and her experience with the benefits of therapeutic massage. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Graduated from Sage Massage School in Bend, Oregon. She offers a therapeutic and deep tissue massage experience using a variety of treatment styles to give effective relief for both everyday aches and complex issues. Over the years she has found joy through helping her clients live in less pain and return to activities and sports that they love. In her free time she enjoys, hiking, fly fishing, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their dogs.

Gabrielle Canavan, LMT

Massage Therapist

Gabrielle Canavan is local to Sisters Oregon and attended Sage School of Massage in Bend, Oregon. She enjoys deep tissue and therapeutic massage and is trained in a variety of other techniques, including relaxation and sports massage. In her free time you can find her hiking with her dog and spending time working on her car. She genuinely cares about helping her clients and looks forward to helping you with your individual health and wellness goals.

Shauna Carter, LMT

Massage Therapist

Shauna Carter took an interest in massage therapy when she yearned to find a more holistic way of health and well being. This search led her to the massage therapy program at COCC where she obtained her certificate in 2017. She later became interested in learning more about the lymphatic system where she became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD.) This training enabled her to help more people, including cancer survivors, post op and lymphedema. Shauna loves to help people feel their best and to obtain their goals for optimum health. She feels a great sense of gratitude at every opportunity to use her skills to help every client that graces her massage table. In her spare time, she loves to spend it with her family, friends and dog Kelso. You can find her exploring hiking trails and cross county skiing in the winter. As a Central Oregon native, she enjoys the mountains and rivers that surrounds us and feels blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
